Jump-Start Your Sensuality with S Factor
I’ve been thinking about you, and I have a special gift that can jump-start the journey to becoming sexually confident and empowered. And, to give you a hint…it involves the letter S and a pole. It’s geared toward women in and near the NYC area. However, if you aren’t nearby, see if you can find something similar close to where you live, or check out the DVD mentioned below. Guys, perhaps your partner or someone you know can benefit from these details.
It all began…
last year when I learned about S Factor – a company in NYC that offers classes that teach fluid feminine movement to awaken and unleash our erotic creature. You may have heard about it, as the founder is Sheila Kelley an actress who was on Lost, and more recently Gossip Girl. She’s gotten Oprah, Martha Stewart and Ellen DeGeneres to sway their hips, so I figured I could do it too.
I’m not into working out at a gym…
instead I’d rather go to a class that I can check out, see how I feel in the studio space and sign-up for more if it feels nurturing. Deciding I had nothing to lose, I signed up for the Introductory S Factor Class, showed up, and once I started to move stirred something deep in my soul.
Here’s what I experienced in the class…
I walked into a dimly lit room, with no mirrors and subtle candlelight (they were LED, but set a great ambiance). Mats were spread out on the floor in the space surrounding the dance poles. There were about 12 women in the group of all body types, and each of us was on our own mat facing the center of the room, eyes on the instructor. After attendance was taken and S Factor was briefly introduced, we launched on an amazing 2-hour journey.
For about 45-minutes or so we stretched in beautiful sensual fluid movement. While I felt good in my skin (and still do), I noticed my once flexible body is out of shape. A good reminder: Be present in the moment – without judgment! The reality: Everyone is focused on themselves, allowing us to realize the power and sensuousness we have within.
Then, we split into groups and learned a pole trick we all got to try. It brought me back to being a kid on the monkey bars in the park. Now, decades later going from horizontal metal to vertical, I smirked excited to be fearless at 40. While it takes some practice and you end up a little bruised, the marks are well earned.
The last part of the class, we all learned a dance routine. Not being a “dancer” I watched the instructor, softened my eyes, and made my own moves to mimic hers.
It was enthralling…
to push myself out of my comfort zone. And, when I left the studio I met up with my husband. He noticed a change in me, and I felt it radiating inside. I’m not usually the center of attention type, but walking down 23rd street, I couldn’t resist pressing myself up against the glass windows of storefronts, making sexy moves and trying to wrap my legs around street lamps on the sidewalks. S Factor is a sweet natural high, and I want other women I know to have a taste.
Now’s your chance…
to feel it for yourself. I encourage all of my female clients to take the class. As, whether you’re super confident and empowered or figuring it all out, I believe you’ll be forever changed for the better. So, as my Valentine’s gift to you, here is a promotional code (LEVINE11) from S Factor (for the NYC studios) to give it a shot.
Feel free to share this code with friends. And, know I’m not getting anything out of passing this discount along other than to contribute to helping you be the best version of yourself, and to have fun in the process. If for some reason the code doesn’t work online, you can give it to them over the phone. The class is usually $40 and you’ll get it for $20. Well worth every penny!
Be forewarned…
the class is addictive. For months I thought about signing up for an 8-week class, and I decided to make the commitment as a New Year’s Resolution. I’m more than halfway through my weekly sessions – challenging myself each week to learn how to move in a more sensuous way and build a whole new level of confidence.
After all, there’s always another facet of US that can shine from a new experience.
Happy Valentine’s Day!
With Love & Pleasure,

P.S. Have a sec? Show me your love…
